Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers beautiful, modern rooms with lovely linen and Nespresso machine, complemented by good quality toiletries, although it is situated towards Lions Head, making it a bit noisy due to the nearby road traffic. The rooms are very nice, beautiful, and exceptionally clean, providing a comfortable stay overall.
My stay at this hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room, although well appointed and stylish with the most comfortable bed ever, was smaller than expected and looked out over the bar garden, limiting our view and privacy. The service was superb, with staff being incredibly helpful, friendly, patient, and proactive. The location couldn't have been better, being close to great bars, restaurants, and tourist attractions. However, the dining experience was average, despite serving quality food.
The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms but lacks windows that can be opened, though the balcony door helps. The rooms are very clean and cozy, although the cold can be a bit unbearable. The staff is extremely helpful for daily tours, but some can be pushy and insistent on tips. The location is supreme for exploring Table Mountain and accessing various quality restaurants and cafes. The dining experience could have been better, but the pizza served on the pool-deck is a highlight. The hotel works great as a bar area to receive clients.
The hotel had rooms with an amazing view of Table Mountain that we thoroughly enjoyed. The rooms were very nice, beautiful, and exceptionally clean. However, being on the ground floor was a personal preference that I didn't quite like.
Upon arrival, we were delighted to find a spacious room awaiting us with a breathtaking view of Table Mountain towards Lions Head. The cleanliness was impeccable, but we found the rooms somewhat disappointing considering the price. The service was fabulous overall, but there were a few instances of disorganization and lack of explanation. The location was perfect, offering a mix of tourists and locals in a safe environment with plenty of dining options nearby. The dining experience, with delicious grilled meat, was a great start to our days. Overall, a comfortable stay with some highlights and room for improvement.
